Shipping, Return and Refund

All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.  Since each piece is made from scratch upon order, they are normally shipped within 14 working days unless specified otherwise on the product detail page.


We offer free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card. Once shipped, it normally takes 3-5 working days for a product to reach the destination after dispatching.


We charge  shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card to be shipped outside India.  Once shipped, it normally takes 7-10 working days for a product to reach the destination after dispatching.


Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.  Please refer to our return & exchange policy for further details.


All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services displayed on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours.   However, the actual colour you see on our website varies from device to device.  Therefore we cannot guarantee that your screen display of any colour will be accurate.

 The inclusion of any product or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the same will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the product’s order will be used only in lawful manner.

  • Please note that we do not have a return policy but instead offer a seven (7) day exchange/return only in the event that the product received by you is faulty or not as described on our website, counted from the time you receive your order.  Exchange can only be made once per order and depends on availability of size/colour/style. In the event of unavailability of size/colour/style as per your choice store credit can be provided.
    • The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Label within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. 
    • We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of anything shipped after the seven (7) day grace period has expired or if any item is not in the same condition as you received it in.
    • All tags must be explicitly attached to the returned items in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed or, damaged in any way whatsoever.  Any garment found defective/soiled/torn by purchaser will not be accepted and will be returned back without a refund.
    • Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.  However we fix any defects or errors made by us.
    • Refund may only be issued in the same form that was used for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or returned shipping charges. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days of our receiving the item.
    • Please note that we have a no return or no exchange policy on sale pieces purchased from our website under any circumstances.
    • All returns and exchanges are applicable within India only and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
    • Please note that we are unable to accept items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
    • Colour of the garment shown on the website is closest to the original colour of the garment. We cannot accept exchange/ return based on colour/style variations.
    • Any alteration is chargeable unless the garment received is defective or not as specified/described.



    Birdwalk is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We reserve the right to refuse any compensation in mishaps like returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled that does not fit under return requirements at Birdwalk’s sole directions.
