All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order. Orders are shipped within 14 working days or as mentioned on the product's detail page from our studio in New Delhi.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card. Once shipped, it takes 3-5 working days for a product to reach the destination after dispatching.

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. The inclusion of any product or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the same will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the product’s order will be used only in lawful manner.

Please note that we have 14 days return policy and we reserve the right to refuse return after grace period expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in. Please note we are unable to accommodate the items purchased at other retail locations, other websites or any merchandise exchanges.

All tags must be explicitly attached to the returned items in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or, damaged in any way. End of season sale items are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund may only be issued in the same form that was used for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or returned shipping charges. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that the payment will be return in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.

Please note that we have a no return or no exchange policy on pieces purchased within Sales period from our website under any circumstances.

THE SHIPPER MUST MAKE CLAIMS FOR PACKAGES LOST OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.

Birdwalk is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We reserve the right to refuse any compensation in mishaps like returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled that does not fit under return requirements at Birdwalk’s sole directions.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. If you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
