We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurately.
Please note that we have 14 days return policy. We reserve the right to refuse return that are shipped after 14 days grace period expired or item are not in the same condition as you received them in. Please note we are unable to accept for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags must be fully attached to return items. Are items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not return accept returns on item that have been worn, altered, washed or, damaged in any way. End of season sale items are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please not that we do not refund original or returned shipping charges. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please not that the payment will be return in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damage in transit.
Birdwalk is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Birdwalk does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above the return requirements at birdwalk’s sole directions.
All items quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer service immediately.
